Post Forming machine

WOODMASTER Post Forming machines are developed for producing a wide range of modular furniture products such as kitchen cabinet tops, cabinets, doors, worktops, front panels tops for tables, desks drawers units, wardrobes shelves & side panels.

WOODMASTER Post forming machine is very easy to set up and operate and can be easily adjusted for different profiles and sizes. In it work piece is held by pneumatic pressure. Glue is applied to the work piece and laminate either manually or with the help of a spray gun. After applying the glue and holding the work piece at a proper place the forming bar of the machine with seven pneumatic cylinders and an electric heater laminate sheets are bend around on a profiled work piece at required pressure. WOODMASTER Post Forming stops and goes movements insure proper bonding of laminate with the work piece. The stop and go movement time can be easily adjusted for different laminates. Provisions are provided for in between stop for bull-nose and quarter round work pieces and time of stop can be adjusted according to laminate for proper bond. Digital temp controller is provided to ensure automatic cutoff of temp at a specified temperature. After completion of the process the forming cylinder and the forming bar return to their starting position automatically in PLC controled model of WOODMASTER POST FORMING MACHINE.
